Grounds every claim in answers and documents to verifiable sources with inline numbered citations and a Sources list; numbers and URLs come from retrieval, never from memory.

Changes relative to upstream:- Frontmatter keeps only name and description; Hermes-specific fields version, author, license, platforms, and metadata.hermes removed.
- scripts/sources.py and scripts/_hermes_home.py are not included (build rejects script files); the URL-to-number ledger previously managed by the script is now maintained by the model in-context as a numbered list; Quick Reference and Procedure sections rewritten accordingly.
- Removed HERMES_HOME path references, hermes skills install directives, and install links for related skills; replaced with 'use if available' phrasing.
- The repository root LICENSE (MIT, Nous Research copyright notice) is included with the artifact at path LICENSE.
