Choose a solution
Review the goal, contents and compatibility. An existing team can add only the skills or connectors it needs.
Review and prepare
Preview and confirm the addition in Teloa. Follow the readiness checklist; account access, secrets, model downloads and schedules need their own setup.
Assign and follow up
State your goal in a conversation or work group, then follow acceptance, progress and results. Importing a solution does not start a business task.
Example: build a security operations team
Start with a concrete task and check that its dependencies are ready.
Prepare first
- Choose a security operations solution and review its roles and task templates.
- Add your alert criteria and investigation procedures, and grant access to the teammates who need them.
- Connect a real alert source and confirm the query scope. Your alerts cannot be counted without that data source.
Then assign work
Summarize SOC alerts from the last 30 days by severity, and identify the incidents that most need investigation.
Check who accepted the work, its running state and the evidence behind the report. For a deeper investigation, specify the incident and permitted scope.
Report resource issues
Public Issues are the default for general resource problems and security concerns.
Include the resource page link, resource ID, version and redacted reproduction conditions. Keep credentials, personal data and unpublished exploit steps out of public reports.
